Return/Refund Policy



30-day Risk Free Money Back Guarantee (if you're not happy, return it!) Ordering on the Internet or through a catalog could be risky, but not with Pursuitsports.com.au's  If you're not statisfied with the Pursuitsports.com.au purchase, just return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping & handling). No hassles, no questions.

 Online returns

If you purchased an item online it can be returned by sending it back to us. The process for submitting a return is;
1.    Contact our customer service team at info@pursuitsports.com.au or call us on (02) 95654494
2.    Provide all necessary details as outlined below.
3.    We will do our best to respond within a 24 hour time period on business days with next steps of the return process. 

We'll need the following information to quickly process your return:

  • Your order number, if known; it appears on the top of your order confirmation email
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the issue with the item that you are returning
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or exchange


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


In-store returns

Your item can also be returned to the Pursuitsports.com.au store that you purchased it from, accompanied with a copy of your receipt, if this is more convenient for you. Returns done in store can be processed immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

1.    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2.    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4.    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@pursuitsports.com.au


Sale items

Both sale and regular priced items may be refunded.



If your item is damaged or defective you can choose to receive a refund, or an exchange. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pursuitsports.com.au. If we ask for the item to be sent back, the returns address is:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless that item was damaged when received, in which case we will cover the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
